He couldn't afford the expensive TRX straps/Suspension Trainer, so he went to homedepot and made his own for $25.  Keep working that core Crispin!

Eating Beatles??? WTF!

Umm... So, we went to great lengths to find nothing but the best to represent our team. Crispin Lazarit was one of our first picks, and not just because he's a fast runner. We have nothing more to say for ourselves, just enjoy the video... -LASP

Never run from the Bear, he will catch you!!

If you ever get the invite to go do a little "easy run" with Ankur Tarneja, put on your racing flats! That's because sub six minute miles are conversational for The Bear... Here is a typical mid-run conversation... You- "Ankur, I thought you said easy?!!"  Ankur- "What do you mean?! You're the one setting pace..." Uh, huh... You know, on second thought, forget the racing flats... you'll probably end up "accidentally" running 15 miles on that easy run. So you better ditch the shoes all together and grab a bike!! -LASP

Run hard and eat enough people! Now... rip your shirt off and run through the woods like a wild child!! Okay, good! Now breathe deep, look around and give thanks! Just a little something to wake ya up in the morning and feel alive... LASP style!! (recommended for both men and women) :)

Back to training!

Well, it's been a week and a half since my PR marathon and my legs are still a bit thrashed... So obviously that means its time to continue the progression!! Had a little "welcome back to tempo" session this morning with the team. Just a couple 2 mile repeats around 5:30, nothing major, but it HURT!! Looking to make my next marathon pace sub 5:30 so its time to go back to work! God I love the pain!! Good thing...
